StAIR-Readyâ„¢ Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to common questions about the StAIR-Readyâ„¢ assessment and methodology.

What does the free assessment include?

The free assessment provides an AI Readiness Snapshot. It helps clarify the problem you are trying to solve and whether it is best addressed with AI, automation, a hybrid approach, or not at all. It is informational only and does not score, rank, or evaluate your organization.

Why is the organizational diagnostic $149.95?

The diagnostic provides deeper, structured analysis beyond the free snapshot and includes a human subject-matter expert (SME) review. After submission, the review typically takes 24–48 hours.

Once complete, the findings are presented to you in a walkthrough where we answer questions, clarify implications, and outline practical next best steps. This process helps organizations identify decision risks, readiness gaps, and misalignment before committing to AI tools, vendors, or pilots. Preventing even one poorly scoped effort often offsets the cost of the diagnostic.

Is the diagnostic required?

The free assessment is a starting point, not a stopping point. To make informed, defensible recommendations based on your specific problems, completion of the organizational diagnostic is required.

What is required to move into StAIR-Readyâ„¢ working sessions?

Completion of the organizational diagnostic is required before any StAIR-Ready™ working sessions begin. These sessions involve hands-on collaboration to help your organization become StAIR-Ready™ and typically span 5–6 weeks. Fees for StAIR-Ready™ working sessions are scoped and priced separately.

FAQ — Pricing & Engagement

What is the difference between the Organizational Diagnostic and the One-on-One SME Session?

The Organizational Diagnostic ($149.95) provides a structured analysis, SME review, and a presentation of findings to the organization. It is required for StAIR-Readyâ„¢ recommendations.

The One-on-One SME Session ($495/hour) is purely advisory, designed for business owners to frame problems or discuss leadership boundaries.

Is the One-on-One SME Session required?

No. It is an optional advisory resource. However, the Organizational Diagnostic is required before any StAIR-Readyâ„¢ working sessions or formal recommendations can be provided.

Can these fees be applied to future work?

No. Both the Organizational Diagnostic and the One-on-One SME Session are standalone engagements. StAIR-Readyâ„¢ working sessions are scoped and priced separately.

Who benefits from the One-on-One SME Session?

Business owners and executives who need high-level advisory time to unpack specific constraints and decision risks before launching broader organizational assessments.
