StAIR-Readyâ„¢ Partner Program Rules

1. Approval & Eligibility

Approval is at the sole discretion of the StAIR-Readyâ„¢ team. We reserve the right to reject any application or terminate any partner account found to be in violation of these rules or misrepresenting our brand. You must be at least 18 years old to participate.

2. Commission Structure

  • Standard Partners: 10% commission on net sales.
  • CPMAI-Certified Partners: 20% commission on net sales (certification verification required).
  • Influencers: Up to 50% commission (subject to specific approval and performance review).

Commissions are calculated on the net purchase price (excluding taxes and refunds).

3. Payouts

Payouts are processed monthly for the previous month's earnings, provided the balance exceeds $50. Payments are made via PayPal or Stripe Connect. You are responsible for any tax reporting required in your jurisdiction.

4. Prohibited Activities

  • Self-referrals (purchasing through your own link) are not eligible for commission.
  • Spamming, unsolicited email marketing, or posting links on sites where it violates terms of service.
  • Bidding on StAIR-Readyâ„¢ branded keywords in PPC advertising (Google Ads, etc.).
  • Misrepresenting the product features, pricing, or guarantees.

5. Termination

We may terminate your partnership at any time for violation of these rules. Upon termination, any unpaid commissions earned legitimately prior to violation will be paid out, unless the violation involved fraud or illegal activity.

6. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to update these rules at any time. Active partners will be notified of significant changes via email.
